ABOUT BROOKIES BAKERY

Brookies Bakery is solo-owned & operated by Brooke Fisher. This business runs on my passion for cake artistry & a love for food. It all started with the idea of making my own wedding cake in 2016 & I became enamored with the creative outlet that is cake decorating. I used to sell modeling clay figurines from my desk in elementary, so I evolved the skill into sculpting fondant decor for customers celebration cakes. I have spent years tailoring my cake recipes for the most decadent flavors, although some of my recipes are old classics from the former As You Wish Bakery in Alpena. I'm a self-taught baker so I was so overjoyed to be awarded "Sunrise Sides Best"-Cake decorator for the last 4 years! I'm so grateful for the support from all the cake lovers over the years & will continue to bake my best!
